This scoping review will systematically identify and map the existing epidemiological evidence on NCDs in Ghana. It will provide an overview of trends, key risk factors, high-risk populations, and geographic patterns in disease burden. The findings are expected to inform national surveillance strategies, support integrated service planning, and guide future research to strengthen the NCD response in Ghana
