How to link a record using the Google Form
This document allows you to submit your record or linking using the contributor form.
While the integration to link records directly from the Lanfrica platform is under development (reference), you can still link your record using our good old way — the google form.
Head to this form: https://forms.gle/mrahs6ZsK8YrekH26
Fill in the information there. We don't ask for much in order to make things straightforward. The inputs required are the same as here.
After you have submitted the form, our team will review it and put it on the platform. If you indicate, in the form, to be notified when the record has been uploaded to Lanfrica, then you will be notified via email.
Note: if you want direct communication with us as we help you link your record, join our Discord and use the #linking-records-for-you channel. This will be useful if for example you are confused about what the form fields mean.

By linking records, you're connecting African innovators, researchers, and communities to the resources they need to create technology that truly serves them. Together, we're moving beyond being consumers to becoming architects of our own digital world — where African languages, knowledge, and innovation drive the technologies that shape our communities
